What you may provide

Your name, contact details, business or brand, social handle, the kind of help you need, and any details you choose to share. Basic security information may also be used to prevent spam and abuse.

How it is used

Your information is used to understand your request, organize follow-up, contact you using your preferred method, and improve the service. It is not sold or rented.

Communication

Sending a request does not add you to an unrelated mailing list. Jay may contact you about the request you submitted.

Storage and access

Your request is stored in a secured lead-management system and is available only to Jay and authorized technical support.

Your choices

You may ask to review or remove the information you submitted by replying through the same channel used for follow-up.
